  • We want to have the opportunity to get to know You as a person as well as our patient. 
  • We are not here to judge You; the sole purpose our Practice exists is to care for your dental needs. 
  • As our Guest, we want to know if there is anything we can do that would make your dental visits better for You.  Share your concerns, your fears, your likes and dislikes with us. 
  • Tell us what Your expectations are of us as Your Dental Care Professional Team.
  • Your questions are important; always feel free to ask them. 
  • We would like your Permission to tell You what we discover (diagnosed) in your mouth, what your options are, and what our recommendations are. 
  • Next, we invite You to tell us what You would like to do: all, some, or none of our recommendations.  You are in charge of your dental health and we are here to serve you.
  • We will provide Financial Options whereby You can complete your treatment as quickly as you dictate.  If you need to Phase your dental treatment over time in order to reach your goal, we will happily accommodate and assist you in planning.
  • We will do our best to always deliver quality care in a timely, gentle manner.
